Presenting The FSL'S Powerful Data Ecosystem VIBE.  VIBE's powerful data ecosystem and it's eight scenario based application tools have established a long-term revolutionary data ecosystem to combat critical issues including; mental health, bullying, academic failure, truancy, suicide, violence, passion, academic achievement and more. VIBE's tools utilize a coordinated, multi-disciplinary, holistic approach that that will effectively bridge the gap between mental and physical health. VIBE's eight interactive tools enable immediate extraction of crucial real time information to identify patterns and trends that may ultimately save lives.

Personalized Experience!  The Future Service Leaders Foundation utilizes VIBE's interactive tools to personalize an individual's experience.  VIBE isn’t your average everyday experience— Our tools track an individual's storyline creating health and wellness growth opportunities at home or at The Rural Vitality Center. VIBE adapts individual needs to strengthen skills to be successful at school, work and community.

VIBE'S tools provide longitudinal data sets for our youth, educators, communities and families; not just 1-3 times a year, rather a collective set of tools that provide daily, weekly and monthly behavioral health, predictive data. This gives VIBE the ability to:

Kansas Led The Way

"The Social-Emotional Character Development Standards (SECD) were first approved by the Kansas State Board of Education in 2012.   Kansas was the second state to adopt social-emotional competencies and the first state to integrate social-emotional learning and character development. This integration makes our Kansas SECD Standards unique. Currently there are three states, including Kansas, that have k-12 social-emotional competencies." ~ Kansas Department of Education

Our support services provides a wrap-around team that assist in developing self efficacy, resilience and enhance natural support and develops social emotional learning. 

VIBE'S EIGHT POWERFUL APPLICATION TOOLS 

• Predictalytics- Identifying future outcomes based on data immediately available to your phone or computer. This tool enables people to make highly accurate predictions using multiple time-series data. The algorithm at the heart of our tool is a tspDB  that can generate a prediction in only a few seconds. (adapts to any business, organization, sports team, military unit, school, home school etc) Predictalytics can be used daily, weekly or monthly to identify such things as; engagement, hopelessness, passions, stress, resilience, growth-mindset, grit, compassion fatigue, help seeking behaviors and more. 

• Curriculum Experience- A tool for all ages that provides interactive curriculum based instruction. The Experience was designed to address a multi-tier system of support. From kindergarten’s “Listen To Lizzy” (Zones of Regulation®) to high schools’ “Power of the Positive Brain”, to PreK-12 “Mindful Yoga”, to Workplace, "seeing compassion fatigue in me", or elders, "feeling lonely", we have something for all ages. Our curriculum is experience-based with the ability to collect real-time, day to day academic and social-emotional data for all ages. The Experience can be a part of summer programs, distance learning courses, home school programs, community programs and more. 

• Chaos Benchmark- Chaos provides fun, interactive and engaging activities to develop an understanding of the importance of health and wellbeing. This tool can take you from Chaos to Calm though experience based education.

• Experiential Gamification- Our innovative EG tool will drive experience, introduce goals, improve behavior, problem solve, sustain motivation, provide fun competition, strengthen resilience, boost learning and provide real-time data-driven results.  Our EG Games. Our EG environments include limitless points, flexible goals, student choice and tracking. We can also provide badges to encourage competition and you can challenge another school, an individual, another office and more. The response time for feedback is instant as you can see immediate real-time results.

• GritThru- This tool is designed to help individuals or teams overcome obstacles by  strengthening resilience, grit and develop real-life skills, employability skills and strengthen health and wellbeing.

• Servalytics- Strengthens communities, families and schools. Servalytics lets us use service-learning to address health and wellness though transformative service learning experiences that are designed to expose, inform and deepen knowledge, cultural awareness and sensitivity and cultural fluency.

• VoiceRaiser- The experience of improving your own health and wellbeing as you help others is at your fingertips. This tool offers peer-to peer fundraising events, promotes family health and wellbeing, promotes health behaviors, breaks down barriers, promotes diversity and makes a positive impact on your school family and communities.

• NOAH-(Never Object- Ask 4 Help) Noah- Empowers communities, families and schools with tools that provide mental health awareness education and tools that educate users on acceptance, advocated circles of influence, promote conversation and offers resources including a 24/7 call center at their fingertips'.

VIBE'S Data can make fast, confident decisions based on data that is trusted to have maximum accuracy, consistency, and context. No matter what your data challenges are, VIBE can help you at every step on the journey to building trust in your data.

VIBE can collect data in person and digitally. You can also opt out of data collection. You can customize what competencies and dashboard visualizations you desire to meet your needs.  VIBE'S data collection tools along with the RVC activities and distance learning center will provide equitable access as well as improve data sample sizes that improves the reliability of the data.

Data helps us make connections that lead to insights and improvements. Everyone has an important role to play in helping all students succeed in their own individualized ways. 

What Is Student Data?

There are many types of data that support student learning. VIBE's data looks at Academic and demographic information—as well as information from subtle assessments, gamification, activities observations that empowers parents, students, educators, and policymakers with a complete picture of a student.

Who Uses Student Data

From parents to policymakers, education stakeholders use different types of data—including social emotional learning, mental health, passions, and demographic information—in different ways to improve the health and wellbeing of students. All personal student information stays within the school and remains cloud based. Who can access the data is selected by each school and is different at each point. The back-end dashboard can be customized to meet the need of your particular interest. 

How Do We Make Data Work For All Students?

Data has the potential to transform education into a personalized experience that meets the needs of individuals and ensures that no student is lost along the way. Teachers can deepen student learning by providing rigorous, personalized instruction that connects academic concepts to students’ lived experiences.
